An NVQ in Hospitality requires candidates to show that they have the ability (competence) to carry out their job to the required standard. In addition to showing that they can complete certain tasks, they also need to show they have the knowledge on why that task is undertaken.

The Hospitality NVQ’s are achieved by completing different units, each with an individual credit value, and this suite of qualifications is split into specific roles. This allows each person taking the qualifications to have a bespoke program specific to their job role.

The range of programs within the Hospitality suite are:

  • Front of House Reception
  • Housekeeping
  • Food Service
  • Beverage Services
  • Food and Beverage Service
  • Food Production and Cooking
  • Professional Cookery
  • Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cookery)
  • Hospitality Service
  • Kitchen Services

For further information on these NVQ’s please Contact Us through the web form or email for information sheets which provides details of the units.
